WINE & DINE

Our menu follows a traditional pub format with three course options as well as sharing dishes and delicious snacks. Some of favourite dishes would definitely include the beer battered native oysters with seaweed mayonnaise, Mushroom Parfait, sweet & sour onions with toasted brioche, Salt-Chamber aged tomahawk steak, bone marrow, sauce bordelaise or Banana Souffle, caramel, rum and vanilla ice cream.

The wine list has been curated by sommelier Michael Engelmann MS, we aim to showcase small but quality lesser-known wine producers and up and coming stars of the future as well as established household names and blockbuster wines.

RESTAURANT & BAR

The pub’s redesign looks to revitalise existing features, while also providing a reworking that creates flexibility of functionality. The open bar has space for passersby to stop for a drink and bite to eat.

The pub’s two private dining rooms accommodate six or eight people, seated around a large central table. Simon, Matt and the team are eager to work with guests to create a bespoke dining experience which suits the occasion and offers a truly personal touch.

We have two intimate semi private dining room, one that could hold up to 6 guests and the other up to 8 guests.
